Sauteed Summer Squash

2 lbs. Summer Squash , washed and cut into comparable slices
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
3 Green Onions, finely sliced
1/4 cup Celery, diced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Water

Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add onions and celery. Saute for 3 minutes. Add
squash, salt, pepper and water. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook until
tender, stirring frequently.
